Born in Ukraine, I immigrated to the United States at the age of 13, where I learned early on the value of hard work, adaptability, and perseverance. I grew up helping run my family’s automotive repair business, gaining hands-on experience in problem-solving, customer service, and the importance of doing things right the first time.
Looking to challenge myself in a new industry, I transitioned into property maintenance and project management, starting as an on-site maintenance technician. Through dedication and attention to detail, I quickly advanced into a lead REAC preparation role, working closely with housing authorities to ensure properties met strict local, state, and federal compliance standards.
This role took me across Oregon and Washington, where I led teams in bringing multifamily properties up to housing authority requirements and local code ordinances. Along the way, I developed a strong foundation in inspections, coordination, scheduling, and quality control—skills that naturally translated into remodeling and construction work.
My career path eventually led me to a remodeling crew within another property management company, where I met Eric. That partnership marked the beginning of something special, and the rest is history in the making. Today, I bring a blend of technical expertise, project leadership, and hands-on experience to every renovation, always focused on delivering quality results and building long-term trust with clients.
